5th Cyprus Jazz and World Music Showcase

Following four successful editions, the Cyprus Jazz & World Music Showcase, presents, in this fifth edition, ten different bands and more than forty artists on 23rd and 24th of November at Rialto Theatre. The festival, organized by the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Cyprus Music Information Centre and the Rialto Theatre, aims to network and promote Cypriot artists to both, the public of Cyprus and professionals from the international music scene.

Festival organizers, producers and representatives of organizations from abroad with whom the Cyprus Music Information Center and Rialto Theatre cooperates, will attend the concerts and enrich the Showcase with their knowhow and expertise. In this direction, the festival's main program is framing a series of parallel activities such as jam session, workshop and discussion with guests from abroad, with a special emphasis on educating and informing artists about the most prominent ways of music production and promotion of today on an international level.
