Following an open call for participation and the overwhelming response of local artists and playwrights, the 2nd National Monodrama Showcase presents eight monodramas by Cypriot directors staged for the first time at the Rialto Theatre: The Whore Upstairs with Medea Hanna, directed by Agis Paikos, La Poupée with Andrie Hadjichristodoulou, directed by Yiannis Minou, Carmen with Natalia Panayiotou, That Time with Marina Makri, Letters to Tennessee with Yola Klitou, directed by Anthoullis Dimosthenous, Lady Lazarus Reinvented with Monika Meleki and Eleni Volume IV with Marios Ioannou, directed by Achim Wieland.
