Feliciano, an 8-year-old alpaca herder, feels euphoric: Peru has a chance to qualify for the World Cup. Meanwhile, the pressure of a mining company puts Feliciano’s village at risk and threatens his world and his dreams.

Franco García was born in Cusco in 1977. His debut feature film, Southern Winds (2018), premiered at the Lima Film Festival (Peru), and was selected at Dominican Global Film Festival, Chicago Latino Film Festival, Cine de las Americas Film Festival, among others. Through Rocks And Clouds (2024), his second feature film had its World Premiere at the 74th Berlin Film Festival. With his short film, Indie, he won the Peruvian Short Film Award in 2008. His next short film, Lima, 2011, received the Best Short Film and Best Screenplay Awards from the Ministry of Culture of Peru in 2011 and won the Best Short Film Award at the Peruvian Film Festival in Paris in 2013.
