Cinematherapy by EKKOMED

A programme that harnesses the power of cinema as a tool for self-awareness and emotional empowerment. Through the experiential practice of cinematherapy, participants explore emotions, thoughts and personal experiences. This year, Prelude to a Supernova by Christos Artemiou will be screened, followed by a discussion with the director and the event facilitator, Denise Nicolaou.

The event is facilitated by Denise Nicolaou, Integrative Psychotherapist & Cinema Therapist and Head of Cinematherapy by EKKOMED, in collaboration with ISFFC.
