EXPLICIT is Rialto Theatre's new three-day film tribute celebrating cinema that challenged conventions and redefined artistic expression. The first edition is dedicated to Lars von Trier, featuring five landmark films accompanied by discussions with film professionals. Organised in collaboration with the Limassol Cinema Club. 18+ only.
Selma, a Czech immigrant working in a factory in rural America, is gradually losing her eyesight while desperately saving money to ensure her son can avoid the same fate. When a devastating betrayal shatters her world, she retreats into elaborate musical fantasies that offer hope amid tragedy.
