How could a lethal necktie be related to a ménage à trois? A drug show in Madrid to a child of unknown father? Or the call of an oncologist to a dinner serving fried eels? Four people —a theatre critic, his assistant, an internationally renowned fashion designer and the mysterious young man in her company— are all trying to settle old affairs in a middle-class apartment, in the summer of 2015 in Athens. The “sofa” acquires yet another role in the play, naturally symbolizing the inactiveness and apathy of our society.
