The Music Inspection Office of the Directorate of Secondary General Education of the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth, in collaboration with music producer Christos Filippou, presents the concert Musical Paintings: Rebetiko and Laïko.
The concert brings together on stage students from the Music Schools of Nicosia, Larnaca, Famagusta, and Limassol, alongside professional musicians, to present a musical journey through history, featuring emblematic songs from the rebetiko and laïko repertoire.
The concert contributes to the educational, social, and cultural mission of the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth, with the support of OPAP Cyprus and RIK.
The concert will also be presented at Strovolos Municipal Theatre on Friday, 6 March, at 8.00 p.m.
